Off of UFN due to injury
Brian Stann (6-1) will have to wait a bit longer to settle his ongoing feud with Steve Cantwell which started in WEC and was supposed to conclude in the UFC at UFN 16 – UFC Fights for the Troops in their rubber match. Both fighters split their two previous fights which both won by TKO in separate occasions. The most recent came when Stann took his first loss to Cantwell while defending his WEC Light Heavyweight title for the first time at WEC 35.
David Andrest of Five Ounces of Pain.com was first to report Stann’s injury.

Stann (l) vs Cantwell 3 will have to wait
There is no word as of yet who will replace Stann, but I am sure the UFC will accommodate Cantwell and Stann’s request for a third fight later on down the line. Cantwell and Stann were supposed to be the first of the WEC fighters that the UFC will absorb into their weight classes, now that WEC will feature only fighters under the Welterweight (170 pound) weight classes. Ultimate Fight Night 16 Fight for the Troops will come live on Spike TV from Fayetteville, North Carolina and will be a fundraiser for the Intrepid Fallen Heroes foundation for veterans.
Suxs for Stan he is a former Marine too he was pumped to fight infromt of them
Screw that this card is going to be doomed now Ufc 91 is a bit skimp too.
This whole card looks weak butits only October it still has time its
I m not impressed with this card too much the reason all these cards are thin is cause of having 4 in Nov to Dec and another 2 in January and February. That 6 cards its hard to fill them.
re- well why is having too much mma a problem I love having my friends over to drink Beer and talk shit about the fights. More mma the better for me you guys are crazy to bitch about free fights
