You think Junie will get cut after loss to Cole Miller?

After having a war of words through the media with Cole Miller before their UFC Fight Night 18 match-up Junie Browning didn’t put on much of a performance against the American Top Team fighter as he was submitted in just under 2 minutes of the very first round of the bout. Now the former Ultimate Fighter season 8 contestant feels that his days with the big show are numbered.

During a post fight interview with UFC.com Junie talks about the turning point of the bout when he went to shoot in for a takedown on Miller which lead to his submission defeat.

“I didn’t think I would get caught on the transition to the ground,” Browning said. “Even when he put [the choke] in, I didn’t think he was going to have it, and then he threw the leg up over the arm; it was in pretty tight then.”

“It sucks to lose,” he said, “but it happens.”

And with the UFC making their usual roster cuts after an event Junie fears the worse and feels that he may be getting his walking papers.

“With as many lightweights as there are in the UFC, that was probably my last fight, so I don’t think I have to worry about that anymore,” Browning told UFC.com. “I would like to keep fighting, but it’s pretty hard to stay in the UFC, especially in the lightweight division. One loss puts you on the verge of being cut.”

However; Junie is still in need of improvement and he is getting there with the help of Shawn Tompkins down at Xtreme Couture in Las Vegas, Nevada and I am pretty sure the UFC isn’t looking to get rid of him just yet, so I am pretty sure Junie will be given another shot to make up for his first official loss inside the Octagon.

Isn’t this guy tired of being a fake martyr. He thinks by saying this, he will in turn save his job, but he sadly probably is safe, because for some reason people like to watch him, win or lose AND the fact he’s training at Xtreme Couture.
Hopefully though, when he loses his second fight, he gets the ufc special treatment, 2 losses and your out.

This guy has nine lives when it comes to the ufc. He talked about flipping burgers in McDonald’s, that dumb hick, people who work in McDonald’s probably have twice the IQ of him. Go back to KY and mow some lawns.

junie is the man, and everyone who hate on him are fucking losers, i bet those same people liked watching his antics on the show, he made it entertaining and put on some good fights to. Anyway, junie has made it clear in his interviews he is not the same person you see in the ultimate fighter. I hope he gets another fight in the ufc, can’t wait to see him fight, his stand up is amazing.

Junie has to grow up and shut the fuck up cause he is not even a top 25 fighter yet. He got tooled by Efrain after talking all that shit now what? On his way to the WEC with Manny where he belongs
