Shamrock and Diaz both come weighing in at 180 pounds

Earlier this afternoon from the HP Pavilion in San Jose, California the site for tomorrow night’s StrikeForce “Shamrock vs Diaz” event also held the weigh-ins for the public where all of the 20 participants stepped in to tip the scales as headliners Frank Shamrock and Nick Diaz both came in weighing at 180 pounds a piece to set up the main event. However; in the women’s bout between Cristiane “Cyborg” Santos and Hitomi Akano it was the Chute Boxe standout Cyborg who came in 6 pounds over the 145 pound weight limit coming in at 152 pounds and even though the CSAC will deduct a percentage of her purse they have given Cyborg an opportunity to at least weigh-in for the bout at 149 pounds in order for it to be approved by the Commission.
