Scalpers run wild selling tickets on E-Bay…

Remember a few weeks ago when we reported to you that the tickets for UFC 100 were sold out? Thinking about going to E-Bay to buy tickets in the last minute? Well be ready to buy some lubricant to go along with those tickets. It looks like scalpers who have purchased the tickets in advance are the ones who purchased most of the historic event’s tickets knowing that some people will pay anything to go.

We looked on E-Bay at the price of the tickets last night and we were astonished when we saw one person selling tickets for $7,600. We did not realize that they were half priced in comparison for the highest priced tickets. We looked today and found 6 tickets going for $15,000 in the front row.

When we looked for the cheapest tickets we found a deal 1 ticket for $350, but who wants to buy one ticket to UFC 100? It appears that most of the people who purchased the tickets in advance from the UFC Fight Club were scalpers who figured the were going to make a killing from “Hardcore” MMA fans.

I don’t know about you, but I can’t afford any of these seats. What are your thoughts on the way the scalpers have purchased all of the tickets for the UFC’s biggest event in history?

I have to admit I am a bit pissed off, the UFC should find a way to make sure that real fans are getting these tickets and not some scalpers looking to take advantage of MMA fans.
