Mir isn’t gonna have to worry about Brock’s striking as much as the gnp, If I were Mir I’d stick to front kicks, they are a dirty way to fight & painful I’m sure, & would be very frustrating if they were mixed in right.

Not enough guys use front kicks, they are one of the best ways of messing with a guy’s head & his game plan.

Mir come to my camp, You won’t need the Vase like Greg Jackson does
