In this new video interview with Frank Mir the interim Heavyweight champion talks about why he will attempt to use his speed to defeat Brock Lesnar at UFC 100. Mir who you can see in recent videos has really slimmed down and looks solid, says that it makes no sense to attempt to bulk up for Lesnar. He speaks about remaining agile for their bout so he can stay elusive instead of attempting to match Lesnar’s strength.
Mir did look good in that striking video and he looks leaner but he’s right and he’s wrong he’s not Machida but he will need to be fast to beat Brock
i think Mir is forgetting he is the smaller and slower guy in this fight.
If I were Mir, I’d start off by going straight for a brutal kick to the nuts, there is no way a 5 minute rest will help Brock, he’d be ruined for the rest of the fight, the rest is ufc history for new title holder Frank Mir
@Fujita, HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA The move that HAS NO COUNTER!!!!
Mir wouldn’t need the vase in my training camp
I’ve said it before.. Mir will make Lesnar tap again.
Mir will be faster standing up and on the ground
So…Mir will be faster standing up and on the ground? Isn’t that the same thing? And IF (he’s not) faster, how will that lead to him tapping Brock? (he won’t)
you sir, are tapping into your true moron self. Good job.
@hehe whoops, sorry…misread…i’m retarded…
