If you missed last nights Countdown to UFC 100 on Spike TV. Dana White confirmed that Middleweight Michael Bisping will get a shot at Anderson Silva’s 185 pound title with a win over Dan Henderson at UFC 100. While many fans feel that Bisping is still untested a win over former Pride, UFC and Rings Champion would be the biggest in his career.

While we still do not know if Henderson will get a title shot with a win, we can only imagine it is because he has already lost to Anderson Silva at UFC 82.

The rumor is if Bisping wins he will get his title shot in the fall in front of his fellow countrymen in the U.K. We can only imagine that card would be an immediate sell out if the rumors are true. The English fans have been asking for a card with a belt on the line for while now and have not seen a belt defended on British soil since 75 when Dan Henderson lost his Pride 205 pound title to Quinton Rampage Jackson.

We will have to wait and see at UFC 100 if Bisping will in fact silence his critics and earn his title shot against Dan Henderson.
