A lightweight fight is under consideration for The Ultimate Fighter season 10 finale with Marck Bocek and Matt Veach both returning from injuries to face one another during the month of December.
MMAJunkie.com reports that both fighters have verbally agreed to the contest and bout agreements should be distributed shortly.
Mark Bocek (7-2) has been out of action this entire summer season due to a tear of his LCL, but after a 1-2 start with the organization Bocek has won his last two fights with wins over Alvin Robinson at UFC 91 and most recently over David Bielkheden at UFC 97 this past April from his native country up in Canada and will look to keep the momentum going against Veach.
Matt Veach (11-0) who trains with former welterweight champion Matt Hughes with the H.I.T Squad came onto the scene in the month of February making his Octagon debut at UFC Fight Night 17 on short notice, but was able to pick up an exciting first round TKO win over Matt Grice and was originally scheduled to be taking on Evan Dunham last month at UFC 102, but had to bow out with a back injury.
The Ultimate Fighter season 10 finale will be taking place at the Pearl in the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada on December 12 and will air live on Spike.
