While watching the season premiere of The Ultimate Fighter “Heavyweights” on Spike last Wednesday night Kimbo Slice who is the big draw of the show was picked to be apart of Team Rampage with Quinton ‘Rampage’ Jackson and one of Jackson’s coaches is his longtime friend, Tiki Ghosn who serves as the striking coach and during the inaugural webisode of The Ultimate Fighter “The Aftermath” on Spike.com Tiki says that Kimbo did not really know much about MMA at all.
During “The Aftermath” show Ghosn who was talking to the host Amir Sadollah who is also a TUF winner said that even though Kimbo didn’t know shit that he got better as the show progressed.
Would that mean that Kimbo could be going far in the competition and possibly winning the whole thing?
Well, we won’t know yet, but people must remember that Amir Sadollah is apart of this segment as he was not considered to win during TUF 7 last year and went through the competition in some very intense battles to win that coveted UFC contract, so maybe it could also be in the cards for Kimbo as well as he could be expected to be fighting in tonight’s broadcast with Team Rashad looking to put him in there right away, so we will see how that fares out.
