Patrick Cote had the unfortunate luck of having his knee go out on him during his title shot at UFC 90 against Anderson Silva. Many fans felt that Cote was frustrating Silva and even think he may have had a good chance at beating him in their fight, but the Canadian middleweight has not been able to prove those supporters right because he has been on the shelf since that fight.
Now Cote reported on his FaceBook page that he will be making his return in April of 2010.
Cote was on a hot streak before he lost to Silva, let’s hope he can return and get back in the mix in 2010. He still has unfinished business with Anderson Silva in the eyes of many of his supporters.
