Tito Ortiz has made it clear that his goal in his return to the UFC is to win another light heavyweight title, but he has a old adversary standing in his way at UFC 106 when he faces off against Forrest Griffin. Ortiz owns a win over Griffin, but there is another familiar adversary that he would like to face off against in the future that he has not defeated in Chuck Liddell.

Tito Ortiz recently spoke to MMAWeekly.com about calling out the Iceman Chuck Liddell for a third fight. Ortiz also said that he feels he can finally beat Liddell if they face off again for a third time in the UFC.

“I know I’ve lost two matches. I still think I can beat him, and I still think that’s a big fight,” Ortiz told MMAWeekly.com. “I still want that fight. That would be awesome. I think if I call him out enough times I think he’ll be a man and step up,” said Ortiz. “Why wouldn’t he? That’s a huge fight and a big payday for him. It will be good.”

Ortiz also went on to say that he feels he could defeat Liddell at this point in his career and wants to kick his ass.

“I think we can see one more,” he added. “Why not? I’m down. I’m always game. You know me, I’m not afraid to fight anyone, even though there was a picture that was painted a long time ago that wasn’t true. I’ve fought him twice already. I’m not afraid.

“He already proved he’s not my friend, so the hell with it. I’ve got nothing to lose. Lets make some money, and this time I’m going to kick his ass.”
