In this third installment of Dan Hardy’s UFC 105 video blog in the U.K. ‘The Outlaw’ is up bright and early in the morning for training as he is seen running up the hills in Nottingham, England for his final preparations of his big match-up with Mike Swick this Saturday night in Manchester. Hardy also checks in to see a local hockey game as well.
