Brock-Lesnar

We have all heard the speculation over Brock Lesnar’s illness possibly preventing him from ever returning to the Octagon again to defend his heavyweight title. Dana White has pretty much said the chances of his return are 50-50, but Lesnar’s Jiu Jitsu coach says he will be back in 6 months to make his challengers cry.

TMZ.cominterviewed Brock Lesnar’s Jiu Jitsu coach Rodrigo “Comprido” Medeiros who says the champ will be back in action within 6 months.

“is getting better and that is the most important thing … He will be fine and be fighting again within 6 months.”

He also sent a message to those who may be relieved that he was out of action.

“I can just say that the heavyweights can stop laughing and get ready to start crying because the champion will be back soon.”

Is this wishful thinking, or does Medeiros have inside information? It could be a bit of both, but I would wait for official word from the UFC or Lesnar himself before we jump to any conclusions.
