In this video interview from CageWriter.com Steve Cofield catches up to Josh Koscheck before his fight against Anthony Johnson at UFC 106. Koscheck says it only takes him 3 weeks to get in shape for a fight and that he is going to save the day at UFC 106 on short notice.

Koscheck also says he does not believe that Dan Hardy is not the number one contender in the welterweight division and also feels Anthony Johnson had “Hand picked” opponents.
