With the current season of The Ultimate Fighter down to their last episodes prior to the finale on December 5, it has been officially announced that Kevin ‘Kimbo Slice’ Ferguson will be competing on the card, but his opponent is still yet to be announced for now.
Earlier today Spike TV officials confirmed the participation of the former YouTube internet star , but fell short of saying who will be his opponent on the card due to the fact that it has not been revealed as to what will happen during the two hour episode on December 2, leading to the finale on that weekend.
However, it has been rumored for quite sometime that Kimbo would be facing Octagon veteran Houston Alexander in a special 215 pound catchweight bout on the main card of the finale.
Still, expect further announcement on Kimbo’s opponent to be named following next Wednesday’s episode of the series as the remaining quarterfinals and semifinals bouts are revealed to see who will be moving on to compete at the Pearl Theater at the Palms Casino & Resort from Las Vegas, Nevada the following Saturday night.
