One of the newest additions to the ever growing StrikeForce promotion is undefeated heavyweight and current professional wrestler Bobby Lashley who will be making his StrikeForce debut in the month of January to resume his Mixed Martial Arts career and in order to keep focused on his fighting career, Lashley may be very well be leaving his wrestling career behind in the process.
During the StrikeForce “Evolution” post-figt presser FightLine.com quoted Lashley who is under contract with TNA Wrestling says that pro-wrestlers are big MMA fans and felt that once he had signed with StrikeForce that he was on his way out.
And despite Lashley saying in the past that he was going to do both MMA and pro-wrestling, he now believes that he may very well have to give up wrestling in the ring in order to remain fighting inside a cage.
Going into StrikeForce, Lashley felt he was ready to face tougher competition and in an attempt to remain focused on this opportunity it is best that he drops pro-wrestling as a second career as he gets prepared for his StrikeForce debut there has been no word as to who his opponent may be, but we will keep you posted as soon as StrikeForce officials have made further announcement on the upcoming matchup.
Im surprised anyone watches TNA anyway.

Apparently he’s Drawing Shane del rosario(sp) who is liek 10-0 or 10-1, in which case should be a tough test for Bobby for sure.

@ Hellboi I watched the Shane’s last fight and it was actually a omoplatta. The guy he was fighting was tooling him and just was too inexperienced inside Shane’s gaurd. I think Bobby is going to make easy work of him.
