The video below is a interview with legendary trainer Teddy Atlas talking to ESPN’s Brian Kenny about the failed attempts of making a Floyd Mayweather vs Manny Pacquiao fight.

Around the 2:00 mark Teddy says a source close to him informed him of E-mails sent from Manny Pacquiao’s camp to Floyd Mayweather’s camp on a potential failed test after their fight. Atlas says his source informed him members of Pacquiao’s camp asked what the penalty would be if he tested positive for a illegal performance-enhancing drug, but also followed up that question by asking if there was a way to keep a positive result a secret.

Does this mean Manny Pacquiao uses performance-enhancing drugs? No, but it is very interesting and could be propaganda from Mayweather’s camp as well. You be the judge.

It doesn’t make sense at all, Atlas. You are a respected boxing trainer and fight commentator yet now you had just put your name to shame. You are saying things without hard evidence and proper investigation. If your reliable source has the evidence, then let the world show it.

I would like to see someone with actual proof that Pacman has done something wrong, saying someone does roids is Sport’s “Scarlet letter”. As soon as someone says you may be on the stuff, the press and media find you guilty.

I agree, I would liked to have seen Teddy show some proof.
