After making a return to the Octagon, former Affliction vet Dan Lauzon was unsuccessful in a UFC 108 defeat to Cole Miller, but ‘The Upgrade’ has been given another shot to get is first win within the organization as he has been slotted to be apart of the UFC 114 fight card in Las Vegas, Nevada on May 29.
The news was announced on Lauzon’s Twitter and saying that also an opponent would be announced shortly as well.
Dan Lauzon was the youngest fighter (18 yrs. old) ever to compete inside the Octagon when he made his debut at UFC 64 nearly four years ago when he was defeated by Spencer Fisher, but after racking up a previous eight fight winning streak, Lauzon found his way back to the UFC.
However, after being apart of the same fight card earlier this month at UFC 108 with his older brother Joe Lauzon, Dan is still winless in the UFC and may have his back up against the wall to get a win or lose a roster spot.
Once an opponent has been determined for ‘The Upgrade’ we will be right here to keep you posted.
