UPDATE: According to Hector Castro of Ground and Pound Radio in conjunction with Rear Naked Choke Radio say that current UFC middleweight Aaron Simpson will be taking on the red haired brawler Chris Leben at the UFC 114 fight card in Las Vegas, Nevada on May 29.
It looks like the UFC 113 light heavyweight bout between Antonio Rogerio Nogueira and former light heavyweight champion Forrest Griffin has been moved to UFC 114, as a part of the c0-main event feature.
MMAJunkie.com is reporting the bout has been moved by the UFC to their May 29, fight card in Las Vegas, Nevada. At the moment bout agreements have not been signed by Nogueira or Griffin, but are expected to be signed soon to make the fight official.
The fight is expected to be the co-main event for the Quinton Rampage Jackson vs Rashad Evans light heavyweight grudge match.
Aaron Simpson is also reported to be participating on the card after defeating Tom Lawlor by a razor thin split decision at UFC Fight Night 21 last month. Simpson reported the news on his Facebook account and was later confirmed by MMAJunkie Radio.
This card is slowly turning out to be a solid event and will benefit tremendously if Shane Carwin or Frank Mir is able to take on Brock Lesnar in the heavyweight title fight as expected.
